对接受上腹部手术后的老年患者联用氟比洛芬酯与舒芬太尼进行镇痛的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨对接受上腹部手术后的老年患者联用氟比洛芬酯与舒芬太尼进行镇痛的效果。方法 :将2016年2月至2017年2月在某院接受上腹部手术治疗的100例老年患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例患者。在对两组患者进行手术治疗后,为对照组患者应用舒芬太尼进行镇痛,为观察组患者联用氟比洛芬酯与舒芬太尼进行镇痛,然后对比分析两组患者发生疼痛的程度、睡眠状况及发生不良反应的情况。结果 :与对照组患者相比,在接受术后镇痛后观察组患者的VAS评分、AIS评分及不良反应的发生率均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :对接受上腹部手术后的老年患者联用氟比洛芬酯与舒芬太尼进行镇痛可取得理想的镇痛和助眠等效果,而且较少引起不良反应。objective： to investigate the analgesic effect of flubiprofen and sufentanil in elderly patients undergoing abdominal surgery. Methods： 100 elderly patients who underwent abdominal surgery in a hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 patients in each group. In the two groups of patients after surgery, for the application of sufentanil on analgesia, control group patients as observation group of patients with sufentanil combined flurbiprofen ester analgesia, then comparative analysis of two groups of patients pain degree, sleep and adverse reactions. Results： compared with the control group, the incidence of VAS score, AIS score and adverse reaction in the observation group after postoperative analgesia were lower, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： the analgesic effect of the analgesic effect of flubiprofen and sufentanil in the elderly patients with upper abdominal surgery can achieve the ideal analgesic and hypnotic effect, and less adverse reactions.
