摘  要:色谱重叠峰的准确定量仍然是当前分析化学领域中极具挑战性的问题之一,所以本文提出面积均值(MA)法来分离色谱重叠峰。MA方法仅仅需要修正两组构造峰,并求其对应的面积,然后根据每组构造峰的总面积与色谱重叠峰面积的比值来求组成色谱重叠峰的单峰面积,最后,单峰面积的平均值即为真实的单峰面积。结果表明,在同等环境下,与垂线法、交点垂线法和比例分配法相比较,MA有更高的精度。此外,由于MA操作简单,计算量小,可以被用于色谱重叠峰实时在线处理。A novel algorithm, mean-area (MA) method, was proposed to accurately quantify the overlapped chromatographic peaks in real-time. In the new algorithm, first, the two overlapped structural peaks were modified; second, the area of each single-peak was calculated in terms of the ratio of the total area of each peak and overlapped area of the chromatographic peaks ; and finally, the realistic single peak area was determined to be the averaged area of a single peak. The test results show that the proposed MA algorithm outperforms the conventional ones, including the perpendicular drop, intersection of the vertical line and proportional distribution methods, because of a higher precision, simpler and much faster calculation. We suggest that the MA algorithm may be feasible for quantification of overlapped chromatographic peaks in real time on line.
