摘 要:(围)绝经期妇女由于性激素降低,导致神经-内分泌-免疫网络紊乱,影响机体免疫功能。目前激素替代疗法(MHT)对于改善妇女更年期症状、预防心血管、骨质疏松等疾病的疗效已受到肯定,但对免疫系统的作用,能否阻止免疫衰老还缺乏统一认识。该文综述近年来国内外文献,就(围)绝经期及激素替代治疗后T细胞免疫网络及免疫炎症指标的变化进行总结分析。It's known that the loss of ovarian steroids in (peri-) postmenopausal women leads to the deregulation of neuro- endocrine-immune, resulting in general decline in immune function. Nowadays menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) has been spoken highly of its effect in relieving climacteric syndrome, preventing cardiovascular diseases, osteoporosis, etc, but the role of MHT in preventing immunosenescence is not yet fully understood. This review covered literatures both home and abroad in recent years, summarized and analyzed the impact of the menopause and MHT on T lymphocyte immune network and inflammatoryimmune biomarkers.
