大疱性嗜酸性蜂窝织炎1例

摘　　要：患者男,29岁,反复全身红斑丘疹伴瘙痒2个月余,加重3天。抗组胺治疗无效,肌注复方倍他米松后临床症状得到缓解。皮损组织活检提示真皮大量嗜酸性粒细胞浸润,并见到特征性"火焰征"。诊断嗜酸性蜂窝织炎后予以糖皮质激素治疗有效。A 29-year-old male patient presented with erythema and papules along with itching more than 2 months, and the symptoms aggravated for 3 days. He did not respond to regular antihistamines treatment, but clinical symptoms were relieved by intramuscular injection of compound betamethasone. Skin biopsy showed dermis infiltrated by masses of eosinophils and distinctive “flame figures”. Then, diagnosis of eosinophilic cellulitis was made and resolved by glucocorticoid treatment.
