润燥止痒胶囊治疗寻常痤疮的系统评价

摘　　要：目的评价润燥止痒胶囊治疗寻常痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法完整检索中国知网(CNKI)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(Wan-fang)、中国生物医学文献数据库(Sino Med)、MEDLINE、Cochrane、EMBASE数据库中近10年的相关研究。按照制订的纳入标准及排除标准筛选研究,提取有效数据,评价纳入研究的质量,采用Rev Man 5.2软件进行数据分析。结局效应指标以相对危险度(RR)及其95%可信区间(CI)形式表示。结果共纳入25个研究项目(2 735例患者),其中治疗组1 429例,对照组1 306例。纳入研究的质量均较低。总效应量分析结果显示:润燥止痒胶囊联合西药治疗寻常痤疮的总有效率显著高于纯西药组(RR=1.33,95%CI=1.27~1.39);而润燥止痒胶囊治疗组的总有效率低于联合治疗组(RR=1.30,95%CI=1.04~1.61)。润燥止痒胶囊未发现严重不良反应。结论润燥止痒胶囊联合西药治疗寻常痤疮具有较好的临床疗效,并减少不良反应的发生。但由于纳入研究的质量较低,该疗效需更加严谨的大样本多中心随机对照试验验证。Objective To systematically review the efficacy and safety of Runzaozhiyang capsules in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods The related studies were conducted in the past 10 years based on the seven databases, including of CNKI, VIP, Wan-fang, SinoMed, MEDLINE, Cochrane, EMBASE. Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.2 software after data extraction and quality evaluation according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. The outcome indicators are expressed in relative risk（RR）and 95% confidence interval（CI）.Results Totally 25 RCTs were enrolled, involving 2 735 patients, which consist of 1 429 patients of the treatment group, and 1 306 of the control group. The quality of the included studies were low. Results of Meta-analysis showed, the total effective rate of Runzaozhiyang capsules combined with western medicine group was significantly higher than western medicine group（RR=1.33, 95%CI=1.27～ 1.39）. Besides, the total effective rate of Runzaozhiyang capsules group was lower than the combined treatment group（RR=1.30,95%CI=1.04～1.61）, and no serious adverse reactions were showed.Conclusion Runzaozhiyang capsules combined with western medicine in the treatment of acne vulgaris has better efficacy and safety, and reduces the occurrence of adverse reactions. However, due to the low quality of the included researches, this conclusion should be verified by more rigorous large sample multicenter randomized controlled trials.
