摘 要:传统输电线路大跨越高塔组立模拟系统真实感不强,不利于施工人员掌握施工进度。为此,将虚拟现实技术应用于输电线路大跨越高塔组立模拟系统中,给出引入虚拟现实技术的模拟系统框架图。通过现场调研,获取输电线路大跨越高塔组立机具、铁塔、工器具等装置结构图纸以及使用说明书等相关资料。根据结构图纸、参数说明等信息构建零件的三维模型。通过分形布朗运动数学模型与柏林噪声相结合的方式实现输电线路大跨越高塔组立虚拟场景设计。采用软附着技术对塔身进行受力分析,实现施工策略设计方法的优化。实验结果表明,引入虚拟现实技术后,模拟系统真实感强,可有效实现对施工进度的模拟,运行效率高。The traditional simulation system for erecting large-span steel towers lacks sense of reality and is not good for construction personnel to grasp the progress of construction. For this reason,the virtual reality technology is applied to the system and the block diagram of the simulation system with the virtual reality technology is given. Through on-the-spot investigation,the structure,drawings and instruction manuals of the steel towers,the erection machinery,tools and other relevant equipment and materials are obtained. The 3 D model of the parts is constructed according to the structural drawings and parameter descriptions. The virtual scene design of assembling and erecting large-span steel towers is realized through combination of the fractal Brown motion mathematical model and Berlin noise. The force analysis of the tower body is carried out by soft adhesion technology,and the optimization of the construction strategy design method is realized. The experimental results show that after the introduction of virtual reality technology,the simulation system has a strong sense of reality and can effectively realize the simulation of the construction schedule with high operation efficiency.
