摘 要:文章结合"21世纪技能"(21st century skills)理论框架和"STEM培训"实践模式标准,将质性研究和实证研究相结合,辅以扎根理论进行信息分析和深度挖掘,利用DRAS数字资源分析系统,结合国外的实践经验,分析我国高校图书馆、公共馆和科学教师(理工科)之间跨学科合作的现状。发现制约图书馆跨学科深度合作的11大核心因素,讨论图书馆员在科学教师的学术与教育工作中的功能及可提供的精准服务策略,构建图书馆跨学科深度合作研习平台模型。为促进图书馆跨学科合作与高校"双一流"学科建设做出努力,以及为面对"互联网+"环境下的转型变革之路提供借鉴。Combining with the 21 st century skills and STEM training are important reference guides and an indicatorstandards, this paper combines qualitative research with empirical research and uses grounded theory to analysis the in-formation and deep excavation. By using DRAS digital resources analysis system and combining the practice experi-ence of foreign countries, this paper analyzes the current situation of interdisciplinary cooperation between university li-braries, public libraries and science teachers(science and engineering) in China. The paper discovered the 11 core fac-tors that restrict the depth cooperation of the library, discusses the functions and services provided by librarians in aca-demic and educational work, and constructs a deep cooperative learning platform model. This paper aims to explore theprofessional cooperation model and to promote the interdisciplinary cooperation of the library and the construction of"Double First-class"discipline in universities. In addition,it provides reference for the way of transformation in the "internet +" environment.
