摘　　要：经济新常态与"双一流"建设背景下,高等教育面临发展的新要求、新问题与新机遇,地方高校如何定位、彰显特色,是发展所面临的一大难题,而唯有区域化、差异化方可提升地方高校办学活力与市场竞争力。文章首先分析了经济新常态视域下地方高等教育发展的新要求,结合对地方高等教育发展新问题与新机遇的思考,最后提出了地方高等教育区域差异发展的现实路径。Under the new economic normality and the construction of ＂double first-class＂, higher education is facing a new challenge, a new problem and a new opportunity for development. How to localize and highlight the characteristics of higher education is a major challenge for development. Only regionalization Differentiation can enhance the vitality and market competitiveness of local colleges and universities. First of all, the article analyzes the new requirements for the development of local higher education in the context of the new economic normalcy, combined with the consideration of new problems and new opportunities for the development of local higher education, and finally puts forward the realistic path for the development of regional differences in local higher education.
