摘　　要：战略性新兴产业认定与监管,对于我国产业结构转型升级起到至关重要的作用。战略性新兴产业是促进我国经济社会持续发展的第一推动力,同时也是实现经济强国战略的重要牵引力。本次研究针对战略性新兴产业的认定与监管问题,从战略性新兴产业现实问题出发,制定战略性新兴产业的认定标准,科学选择战略性新兴产业,并建立其监管体系和监管机制,最后提出相应的对策建议。the identification and supervision of strategic emerging industries play a key role in the transformation and upgrading of China＇s industrial structure.The strategic emerging industry is the first driving force for the sustainable development of the economy and society,and it is also an important traction force to realize the strategy of the economic power.The research on strategic emerging industry recognition and regulatory issues,starting from the practical problems of strategic emerging industries,to develop standards of strategic emerging industries,scientific selection of strategic emerging industries,and establish the supervision system and supervision mechanism,and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
