摘　　要：在建设有全球影响力的科创中心的新形势下,研究了上海国资创投发展存在的问题。并通过国内标杆企业对比分析,找出原因和差距。最后提出了上海进一步发展国资创投的建议。主要是:创新监管和考核模式、完善国资创投治理机制、探索结构化的投资组合、健全激励约束机制。Under the new situation of the construction of the Science Technology center with global influence,this paper analyzes the problems of the development of state-owned venture capital of Shanghai.Then,through comparison with domestic benchmarking enterprises,we find out the reasons and put forward some suggestions for the further development of the state-owned venture capital of Shanghai：innovate the supervision and evaluation model of the state-owned venture capital,improve the governance mechanism,explore the structured portfolio,perfect the incentive-restricted mechanism.
