摘 要:以Si/Al质量比可调的硅铝复合水解液为研究对象,对硅基陶瓷型芯进行高温强化,并与硅酸乙酯水解液和硅溶胶强化的型芯进行性能对比。结果表明,采用Si/Al比为1∶3的硅铝复合水解液(SA13)强化后,型芯的密度、显气孔率、高温抗弯强度和抗变形能力介于硅酸乙酯水解液与硅溶胶之间;硅铝复合水解液(SA13)强化型芯的高温尺寸稳定性最佳,与单晶高温合金DD6接触的高温化学稳定性也有所提高。The properties of silica-based ceramic cores impregnated by the hydrolysate with different Si/Al ratio were analyzed comparatively for those of ethyl silicate hydrolysate(TOES)and Si-sol.The results reveal that the density,porosity,high temperature strength and the resistance of high temperature deformation of the ceramic cores impregnated by the composite hydrolysate with Si/Al ratio of 1∶3 are improved to some extent,and the values are between those of TOES and Si-sol.After impregnated by SA13,the cores present an optimal size stability and better high temperature chemical stability with DD6 superalloy.
