摘 要:制备了不同工艺条件下的Cu-37.4Pb偏晶合金,分析偏晶合金的组织结构和相组成,并研究了合金的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,常规条件下制备的Cu-37.4Pb偏晶合金,主要由α-Cu、β-Pb以及偏析严重的Pb相组成,晶粒粗大,组织均匀性差;在强脉冲电流场下制备的偏晶合金,偏析严重的Pb相由块状变成较粗的短杆状且分布均匀。微重力电磁场制备的偏晶合金,块状的Pb变成稀疏分布的长条状,组织均匀性好,晶粒粗大。在强脉冲电流和微重力复合场下制备的偏晶合金的组织主要由α-Cu和β-Pb两相组成,晶粒呈等轴状,组织均匀性最好。摩擦磨损试验表明,复合场下制备的Cu-37.4Pb偏晶合金具有更小的摩擦因数和更低的磨损量,耐磨性能最好。Cu-37.4 Pb monotectic alloys were prepared under different process conditions,and the structure,phase composition,friction and wear properties of the monotectic alloy prepared were analyzed.The results reveal that the Cu-37.4 Pb monotectic alloy prepared under normal conditions is mainly composed ofα-Cu,β-Pb and the segregation of Pb block,and grain size exhibits coarse with high un-even microstructure.In the monotectic alloy prepared under the strong pulse current field,the serious segregated Pb phases are transformed into short rods with dense distribution.In the microgravity field of the monotectic alloy,Pb block is converted into long strip with sparse distribution and even structures as well as coarse grain size.The compositions of the monotectic alloys prepared by the strong pulse current and microgravity composite field are mainly composed ofα-Cu andβ-Pb,and grain size exhibits equiaxed structure with uniform distribution.The friction and wear experiments show that the Cu-37.4 Pb monotectic alloy prepared by the compound field has the lower friction coefficient and wear volume,and the friction performance exhibits desirable.
