摘　　要：慢性疼痛是影响患者生活质量的一种疾病。氨酚氢可酮是一种复方阿片类镇痛药,因其2种组分镇痛机制不同而产生更强的镇痛效果,且药物不良反应较少,成为疼痛管理中缓解中重度疼痛的常用药物。本文综述了氨酚氢可酮的药理学性质及其临床应用。Chronic pain is a kind of disease which reducing patients’ quality of life. Acetaminophen/hydrocodone is a compound opioid drug provides better analgesic efficacy with less side effects for the synergistic reaction of the two components and has been widely used in moderate to severe pain management. This paper will review the pharmacology and clinical application of acetaminophen/hydrocodone.
