摘　　要：分析聚酯装置熔体齿轮泵拆卸周期长的原因,制定齿轮泵拆卸对策,介绍部分拆卸工具改进方案及实施过程,并对优化拆卸工具效果进行验证。The reasons for the long disassembly period of melt gear pump in polyester plant were analyzed. The disassembly countermeasures of gear pump were developed. The improvement scheme and implementation process of partial disassembly tool was introduced,and the effects of optimizing the disassembly tool were verified.
