摘　　要：目的探讨一种高吸收护理垫捷护佳在卧床患者的皮肤护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3-9月武警总医院骨科卧床7d以上患者96例，采用随机数字表法分为2组，其中对照组48例，使用临床常用的护理垫，实验组使用新型高吸收医用护理垫捷护佳，观察比较2组卧床患者的舒适度情况及研究周期内护理垫更换数量、时间和医疗成本计算等情况。结果实验组患者舒适度明显大于对照组结果差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），实验组的更换数量及时问明显小于对照组，结果差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论临床使用新型高吸收医用护理垫捷护佳能保护患者皮肤，减少潮湿降低压疮的发生因素以及粪水性皮炎的发生。有效提高卧床患者的舒适度，减轻护理工作量。有效提高护理质量，值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effects of a high-absorption nursing pad JieHujiaon the skin care of bedridden patients.Methods 96 cases of patients who have been bedridden for more than 7 daysin our hospital orthopedics department were selected and divided into 2 groups by random number table. Among them, 48 cases in the control group were treated with commonly-used nursing pad. The experimental group was treated with new high absorption medical care padJieHujia. Comparisons were made among the comfort level of two groups of bedridden patients and the number, time and medical cost of nursing pad replacement during the study period. Results When the comfort of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group, the results were statistically significant（P〈0.01）. When the number and time of replacement in experimental group was significantly less than that of control group, the results were statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusions The clinical use of new high absorption medical nursing pads JieHujia can protect the skin of patients and reduce moisture to avoid the occurrence of pressure ulcers and hydrophilie dermatitis. It can effectively improve the comfort of bedridden patients, reduce the workload of nursing and effectually improve the quality of care, which is worthy of clinical application.
