针刺颈夹脊穴联合手三里穴治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究分析针刺颈夹脊穴联合手三里穴治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法 62例神经根型颈椎病患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组31例。对照组患者采用针刺颈夹脊穴治疗,观察组患者采用针刺颈夹脊穴联合手三里穴治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后颈椎疼痛及麻木评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.55%,显著高于对照组的74.19%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及麻木评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组两组患者VAS评分及麻木评分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经根型颈椎病的临床治疗中,采用针刺颈夹脊穴联合手三里穴治疗效果显著,可有效减轻患者颈椎疼痛及麻木症状,值得临床应用推广。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture at cervical Jiaji points combined with Shousanli points in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods A total of 62 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture at cervical Jiaji points, and the observation group was treated with acupuncture at cervical Jiaji points combined with Shousanli points. Comparison were made on clinical efficacy, cervical pain and numbness score before and after treatment between the two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 93.55% than 74.19% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Before treatment, both groups ha no statistically significant difference in visual analogue scale（VAS） score and numbness score（P〉0.05）. After treatment, both groups had lower VAS score and numbness score than before treatment, and the observation group was obviously lower than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of acupuncture at cervical Jiaji points combined with Shousanli points shows remarkable effect in the clinical treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, and it can effectively reduce symptoms of cervical pain and numbness. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
