医用臭氧联合康复治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察医用臭氧联合康复技术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将115例178条膝关节骨性关节炎患者按WOMAC（the westem Ontario and McMaMaster）评分标准依据评分匹配分组的方法分为臭氧联合康复技术观察组和对照组（玻璃酸钠组）。观察组膝关节腔注射20ml浓度为20ug／ml的O3，隔日行针灸、推拿及运动康复技术，对照组注射玻璃酸钠20mg，治疗1个疗程（每周1次共5次），治疗过程中及第5次治疗完成后，随访3个月应用VAS（疼痛视觉模拟评分）、WOMAC评分标准，分析疗效。结果：治疗前后及组间VAS、WOMAC评分值明显降低（P〈0．05）。结论：膝关节骨性关节炎疗效方面，医用臭氧联合康复技术治疗优于玻璃酸钠注射。Objectiv： To investigate the clinical effects of medical ozone combined with rehabilitation for knee osteoarthritis. Meth- ods： 115 knee osteoarthritis patients were divided into the observation group and control group according to the score of the western Ontario and McMaMaster. The observation control group were treated with medical ozone（20ml concentration ：20ug/ml） combined with rehabilita- tion（ acupuncture, massage and exercise rehabilitation technology）, and the control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection （20mg）. The VAS pain score and WOMAC score between two groups were compared before and after treatment （three months）. Results： After treatment, the VAS score and WOMAC score in two groups decreased, the decreasing degree of which in each group was significantly lower than before treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）, at the same time, there were significant difference between two groups in VAS pain score and WOMAC score （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The medical ozone combined with rehabilitation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis was advan- tage than sodium hyaluronate injection.
