摘　　要：公路项目在可行性研究阶段涉及的各类制约因素相对较多,如路网、地形地质(采空区)、保护区、管线等,如何保障路线方案与各制约因素相适应,是项目可行的重要支撑,可为下一阶段勘察设计打下坚实基础。There are comparatively lots of restrictive factors involved in the highway projects in the feasibility study stage like road network, topography and geology（goaf）, protection zone, pipeline etc. How to guarantee the adaptability between route scheme and each restrictive factor is the important support for the feasibility of the project, which could lay a solid foundation for the survey and design at the next stage.
