摘 要:目的研究分析Catsperg1基因在大鼠睾丸发育中的转录表达,探究该基因对精子所起的作用。方法在出生后2到65日龄21个时间点的雄性Wistar大鼠中,每个时间点取3只不同窝别的睾丸组织,用试剂盒提取总mRNA,并反转录成cDNA,随后采用Real-time PCR方法检测大鼠睾丸组织中Catsperg1基因mRNA的转录情况。结果Catsperg1基因mRNA表达在鼠出生后第20天后开始缓慢上升,在第50、55天达到最高峰,在第60、65天仍维持一定峰值。结论该基因在大鼠睾丸组织中晚期发育的表达量逐渐升高,可能参与精子成熟过程。Objective To study the transcriptional expression of Catspergl in the development of rat testes and its effect on sperm maturation. Methods Male Wistar rats at 21 time points of age (frome 2 to 65 days) were given, and their testis tissues at three different litter were collected at each time point. Total mRNA was extracted from rat testis tissues and reverse transcribed into eDNA, and then amplified for detection the transcription expression of Catspergl by real-time PCR. Results The mRNA expression of Catspergl began to increase slowly at the 20th day after birth, reached the peak at the 50th and 55th day, and remained at the peak at the 60th and 65th day. Conclusion The expression of Catspergl in rat testis gradually increased, which may be involved in the regulation of sperm maturation.
