摘 要:常减压蒸馏是石油加工的"龙头"工艺,生产过程需要消耗大量的能量,因此,常减压蒸馏优化对提高效益和降低能耗有重要意义。根据过程?损理论,增大高温位的二中循环取热比例可降低有效能的损失。以常压蒸馏装置的效益最大和二中循环取热比例最大为目标,以产品质量为约束,建立了优化模型,应用列队竞争算法分两步求解。实例计算表明,对比原工况点,最终优化操作点的常压塔产值增大8560万元/a,总取热量增大1.90MW,充分利用了装置内部多余的热量。Atmospheric and vacuum distillation is the leading process of petroleum processing, and the productive process consumes a lot of energy. So, it is of great significance to optimize atmospheric and vacuum distillation for improving economic performance and reducing energy consumption. According to the theory of exergy, increasing the heat transfer ratio of secondary circulation, the temperature of which is high, can reduce the loss of exergy. The maximum benefit of the atmospheric distillation unit and the maximum heat transfer ratio in the secondary circulation is the goal. Product quality is set as a constraint and optimization models are built. LCA is used to calculate the optimized models with two steps. Example shows that, as compared with the original operating point, the optimized point can increase output 85.60 million RMB per year and increase the total heat transfer 1.90 MW. The excess heat inside the device is made full use off.
