顺、叉排柱状流型液膜铺展与液膜厚度分布规律研究

摘　　要：为研究柱状流动在横管外表面的流动特性,利用Fluent软件,采用VOF模型对横管降膜过程中的柱状流动过程进行三维数值模拟。模拟结果显示：由于Re的差异,柱状流动可分为顺排流动和叉排流动;顺排流动中,两液柱之间出现波谷现象;叉排流动中,两液柱之间出现波峰现象。液体的物性参数影响横管外的液膜铺展和厚度分布规律。In order to study the flow characteristics outside the horizontal tube,this paper carries on the 3D numericalsimulation of the jet flow with VOF model by Fluent software. The simulated result showed that the jet flow is divided intoinline jet flow and is staggered jet flow as the difference of the Re. The trough appears in the middle of the adjacent liquidcolumn in inline jet flow;while the crest is forming in staggered jet flow. The physical parameters of the liquid influencethe liquid film spreading and the distribution of the liquid film thickness.
