摘  要:以某型垂直轴风力机驱动的5 k W搅拌型风能致热器为研究对象,依据风力机的功率系数-叶尖速比性能曲线进行搅拌致热器的最大功率匹配设计,提出2种搅拌致热器设计方案,得到搅拌致热器的详细尺寸。以所设计搅拌致热器的具体几何参数为基础进行三维造型,并利用CFD方法进行搅拌致热器性能预测,得到其功率-转速性能曲线,并最终确定风能搅拌致热系统的工作点。结果表明:CFD方法能够用于风能搅拌致热器性能分析和设计,2种设计方案均能实现搅拌致热器与风力机的最大功率匹配。与风力机最大功率工况相比,所设计风能致热系统的风力机匹配功率的最大相对偏差为-1.05%。A 5 k W liquid-stirred wind heating generator driven by the vertical-axis wind turbine was investigated. Basedon the power coefficient versus blade tip velocity ratio performance curve,two proposals of maximum power matchingdesign between the liquid-stirred heating generator and wind turbine were carried out,and the specific structure andgeometry parameters of the heating generator were obtained. Then,the three dimensional models of the liquid-stirredheating generator were generated with the corresponding geometry dimensions. The performance predictions werenumerically investigated by using CFD method,and the power versus rotational speed performance curves were obtained.The working points of the liquid-stirred wind heating system were finally acquired. The results show that the CFD methodcan be effectively applied in the performance analysis and design of liquid-stirred wind heating generator. Maximumpower matching between the liquid-stirred heating generator and wind turbine is realized for either design proposal.Compared with the wind turbine maximum power,the maximum relative deviation of the matching power in the liquidstirred wind heating system is-1.05%.
