摘　　要：针对铣刨机水箱锈蚀问题,改善传统工艺技术,提出新型防锈防腐技术,先进行箱体焊接前板件涂装,再进行箱体焊接后涂装,降低了制造时间,创新地采用耐油底漆与沥青漆双涂层方式,先进行耐油底漆防锈防腐涂装,再进行沥青漆防锈防腐涂装,保证了水箱工作的可靠性。新技术经过试验验证具有可行性,并已应用于实际的铣刨机产品中,防锈防腐效果比较理想。Ensured functional reliability of the coolant tank is laid for objective herein in view of rust and corrosion occur in the miller's coolant tank,which has to improve the traditional manufacture process and techs,by a new know-how therefor. First of all it has to apply coating to the sheet parts before the tank's welding, and another coating after the welding will be done, thus lowering the manufacture time. An innovative way therefor is to adopt a double coating of durable primary paint and tar paint after coating of oil-resistant prime paint for anti-rust and anti-corrosion purpose. And then, coat the surface with tar paint for rust and corrosion prevention, thus ensuring operational work reliability of the coolant tank. This new tech has proved feasible through tests and verification and is applied to actual pavement millers in production run with realistic results in rust and corrosion prevention.
