摘　　要：目的对植入永久性心脏起搏器心律正常与起搏器心律异常诊断进行分析。方法对200例植入永久性起搏器正常起搏心律和95例植入永久性起搏器异常起搏心律的诊断进行分析。结果 200例起搏心律正常(100%)。95例起搏器起搏心律异常中:起搏功能异常30例(31.57%),起搏频率改变21例(22.10%),起搏介导心动过速29例(30.52%),3组组间比较,无统计学差异,p>0.05;起搏介导性房室阻滞5例(5.26%),起搏文氏现象3例(3.15%),起搏融合波7例(7.36%),3组组间比较,无统计学差异,p>0.05。200例起搏心律正常与95例起搏心律异常组比较p<0.05。结论植入起搏器后起搏心律正常和起搏心律异常的正确诊断对接受植入起搏器患者的生活质量及预后具有重要意义。Objective To analysis diagnosis of pace rate abnormal of heart pacemaker implantation. Methods To analysis diagnosis of 200 patients heart pacemaker implantation pace rate normal and 95 patients heart pacemaker implantation pace rate abnormal. Results The two hundreds patients heart pacemaker implantation pace rate normal. The 95 patients heart pacemaker implantation pace rate between： pace-making function abnormal was 30 patients （31.57%）, pace-making function change 21 patients （22.10%）, pace-making intervene tachycardia 29 patients （30.52%）. The three groups comparson is no statistical difference （p〉0.05）, pace-making atrio ventricular block（AVB） 5 patients （5.26%）, pace-making Wenckebach＇s phenomenon 3 patients （3.15%）, pace-making fusion beat 7 （7.36%）. The three groups comparson is no statistical difference （p 〉0.05）. The eomparson of 200 patients pace rate normal, and 95 patients pace rate abnormal group is p〈0.05. Conclusions The heart pacemaker implantation after pace rate normal and pace rate abnormal correct of diagnosis to accept heart pacemaker implantation in patients quality of life and have prognostic significance important.
