摘　　要：目的研究WPW征对同时存在的其它心电现象的掩盖作用。方法回顾性分析132例间歇性WPW征者的心电图资料,查找当WPW征消失时,是否存在着被WPW征所掩盖的心肌梗死、传导阻滞等其它心电图异常。结果找到被WPW征掩盖的心肌梗死、束支及房室阻滞共12例。结论 WPW征持续出现时,极易掩盖同时伴发的心肌梗死、束支及房室阻滞而造成后者的漏诊及误诊。加强对该心电现象的认识有重要的临床意义。Objective To study the masking effect of WPW syndrome on other ECG phenomena simultaneously. Methods The ECG data of 132 patients with intermittent WPW syndrome were analyzed retrospectively to find out whether there were other ECG abnormalities such as myocardial infarction, conduction block and so on, when the WPW syndrome disappeared, which was covered by WPW syndrome. Results 12 cases of myocardial infarction, bundle branch and atrioventricular block concealed by WPW syndrome were found. Conclusions It is easy to conceal the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of myocardial infarction, bundle branch and atrioventricular block associated with the presence of WPW syndrome at the same time. Strengthen the understanding of this phenomenon.
