摘 要:目的了解2015年大连市手足口病的病原学及流行特征,为制定手足口病防控措施提供科学依据。方法利用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测疑似病例的手足口病病毒核酸。对核酸阳性样本的病原学及时间、性别、年龄、地区分布情况等进行分析。结果 2015年大连市共检测样本774份,其中手足口病毒核酸阳性标本检出率72.22%(559/774)。阳性样本以Cox A6为主,占50.98%(285/559)。检测阳性样本中,男女比例为1.46∶1。以0~5岁学龄前儿童为主,占阳性病例数的94.45%。7—8月发病占全年发病88.01%(492/559)。甘井子区、沙河口区和金州区为手足口病的高发地区,占66.73%(373/559)。结论 2015年大连市手足口病的主要病原体为Cox A6,7—8月为高发期,0~5岁儿童为易感人群,发病与性别无关。Objective To explorer the etiology and epidemic characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) in Dalian City in 2015, so as to provide the evidence for formulating the prevention and control strategy.Methods Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was applied to detected the pathogen of HFMD. The etiology and time, gender, age distribution of the positives were analyzed.Results A total of 774 samples of the suspected HFMD patients were assayed in Dalian City in 2015 and 72.22%(559/774) were positive for HFMD pathogens in the PCR test. Among the etiologies of these cases,Cox A6 virus accounted for 50.98%(285/559). The ratio of men to women was 1.46∶1 among the positives. The constituent rate of preschoolers aged among 0-5 was 94.45%. From July to August, the incidence of HFMD was 88.01%(492/559). The Ganjingzi District, Shahekou District and Jinzhou District were high-risk areas of Dalian City. Conclusion In 2015, the main pathogen of HFMD is Cox A6, the high-incidence season is from July to August, 0-5-year age group is susceptible population,but the incidence is not related to gender.
