我国城市老年人体力活动状况及环境影响因素分析

摘　　要：利用2011年中国健康与养老追踪调查基线数据,采用分层线性模型统计方法,探讨我国城市老年人体力活动状况与其个人特征以及社区环境因素对城市老年人体力活动水平的影响。研究表明:年龄、健康水平、儿童时期健康水平、1 km的步行能力和健康消费是城市老年人中、高等强度体力活动水平的主要影响因素;社区环境因素可以解释28.73%的老年人体力活动差异,社区道路状况与城市老年人体力活动水平显著相关,此外,室外健身路径、农贸市场是否在本社区与其体力活动水平呈边缘性显著相关,老年协会、老年活动中心与老年人体力活动水平不具有统计学意义。建议在城市社区的老年人中倡导健康的生活方式,积极从事不同类型的体力活动,提高自身健康水平和生活自理能力,应注重建设精准的老年人体力活动服务体系,聚焦社区老年宜居环境建设,改善步行或交通出行环境,同时应注重青少年时期体力活动习惯的培养。Using the data from the survey of China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study in 2011,The World Health Organization Guide of Moderate-Vigorous Physical Activity（ WHO-MVPA） were measured on the elders in urban area of China. The individual characteristics are still the main factors of older adults of WHO-MVPA. However,environmental factors in urban community can still explain the 28. 73% of the variances of MVPA of the elders. In fact,the age,self-rated health status,walking abilities,and fitness expenditure plays the dominant roles,while in the community level,tidiness of roads also statistically associated for the elders to meet WHO-MVPA. Hence,focusing on the promotion of the active life style,and building a health intervention system,will improve the elder＇s health in urban China,including construction of the elderfriendly community environment to promote physical activities participating of them.
