摘 要:采用非等温热重法研究DTA-DTG曲线,对国内大庆原油精炼后的石油焦和锡盟煤矸石混合掺烧。根据不同燃烧温度区间的反应机理不同,进行动力学研究。并计算出活化能、频率因子、燃烧特征参数、燃烧特征指数,分析混合试样燃烧特性与单一试样燃烧特性的区别。研究结果表明:煤矸石与石油焦混合比例为8:2时燃烧性能最好,着火特性、着火稳定性均优于单一试样。The non-isothermal thermogravimetric method was used to study the DTA-DTG curve. The petroleum coke and Ximeng gangue after Daqing crude oil refining were mixed and blended. According to different reaction mechanism in different combustion temperature range,different kinetic studies were carried out at different stages,and the activation energy,frequency factor,combustion characteristic parameters and combustion characteristic index were calculated,and the difference between the combustion characteristics of single and mixed samples was analyzed. The results show that the combustion performance is the best when the mixture ratio of coal gangue and petroleum coke is 8: 2,and the ignition characteristics and fire stability are better than single sample.
