摘 要:以国内某厂150 mm×150 mm断面小方坯结晶器电磁搅拌器为研究对象,建立了描述小方坯结晶器电磁搅拌过程的电磁场与流场耦合的三维数学模型,并采用有限元软件进行求解。研究了电磁搅拌电流和频率对结晶器内钢液流动的影响规律。研究结果表明:随搅拌电流的增大,钢液的切向流速增加,上部环流区缩短,下部旋转流动区域上移并扩大,搅拌电流和频率对钢液流动的影响相反;在电磁搅拌过程中,电磁搅拌使结晶器内钢液产生旋转流动阻止过热钢液下移,减弱冲击深度,使热区明显的上移。A 150 mm×150 mm billet continuous casting mould with electromagnetic stirring is taken as the research object. A coupled three-dimensional numerical simulation of the electromagnetic field and flow field in the mold with M-EMS for billet continuous casting is carried out based on the finite element method. The influence of the current and frequency of M-EMS on the flow field is discussed. The results show that with the increase of stirring current,the tangenfial flow velocity of molten steel increases,the uppper circulation area shortens and the lower rotation flow area moves upward and expands. The effect of stirring current and freguency on the flow of molten steel is opposite. In the process of dectromagnetic stirring,the electromagnefic stirring causes the liquid steel in the mold to rotate and flow,preventing the overheated molten steel from moving downwards and weakening the impact depth so that the hot area obviously moves upward.
