摘  要:以龙煤集团城山煤矿3B~#煤层的回采巷道支护问题为背景,针对深部大采高巷道变形大,松散破碎等问题,以现场煤岩特性测试、力学实验等为基础,借助数值模拟研究巷道围岩变形破坏。结果表明:3B~#煤层的松动圈范围为0.6~1.2 m,属于中松动圈,煤体在松动圈内较为破碎,围岩破坏以竖直方向上的剪切破坏为主。通过比较各支护方案下巷道围岩的位移、应力、变形情况,提出采用增加巷帮锚索支护以及对煤柱的锚索加强支护方式来控制巷道变形。现场观测证明,该方案能有效的控制巷道顶底板、两帮的变形,控制巷道的断面收缩率为23.5%,保证巷道的正常使用。Based on mining roadway support problem of 3 B#coal seam of Chengshan Coal Mine in Longmay Group, in view of the problems such as the large deformation, the loose and broken deep roadway, based on the field coal and rock characteristics test,mechanical experiment and so on, with the help of numerical simulation, we research roadway control measures. The results show that the loose circle range of 3 B~#coal seam is 0.6 m to 1.2 m, which belongs to the medium loose circle, the coal body is more broken in the loose circle, and the surrounding rock destruction is mainly in the vertical direction. By comparing the roadway surrounding rock displacement, stress and deformation under the support schemes, it is suggested that the roadway deformation can be controlled by increasing the support of the roadway and the anchorage of the coal pillar. And, on-site observation proves that the program can effectively control the roadway roof and floor, two-side deformation, and the roadway section shrinkage rate is 23.5% , which ensures the normal use of roadway.
