摘　　要：早发冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者是一个特殊的群体,其病变发生早或病程发展迅速,值得引起重视。本文就早发冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的易感基因、临床危险因素、冠状动脉病变及斑块和女性早发冠心病患者的特点等方面进行综述。Premature coronary heart disease is a disease of early age and rapid progression. Patients with premature coronary heart disease need special attention. This article reviewed the predisposing genes, clinical risk factors, manifestations of coronary artery lesions and plaques of premature coronary heart disease and the clinical characteristics of premature coronary heart disease in women.
