摘 要:通过matlab模拟得到多时间段测量222Rn子体的相对偏差与采样时间和测量时间的变化关系,得到优化的采样时间和测量总时间;同时进行多段重组实验,得到优化测量计数段和权重因子。并用最小二乘法方法处理拟合数据,从而提高222Rn子体浓度测量的准确性。实验结果表明:α能谱多段法与其他方法测量结果符合较好,且相对偏差较小,验证了此方法的可靠性。采用多时间段测量222Rn子体并用最小二乘法处理数据的方法,实现了222Rn子体浓度的快速、准确测量。The relative standard deviation between radon progeny and the time of sampling time and measurement time are obtained by matlab,and get optimized sampling time and total measurement time. Multi time periods recombinant experiments are carried out to optimize the counting segment and weighting factor. While the least squares method is used to deal with the fitting data,so as to obtain the concentration of radon progeny and we can achieve rapid and accurate measurement with the alpha spectrum equipment. The results show that the least squares method is in good agreement with other methods and the relative standard deviation is small. Therefore,measure radon progeny for multiple time periods and use least squares method deal with data can be used as a accurately method measuring the concentration of radon progeny.
