摘 要:目的测定利胆片中钠元素的含量。方法样品经微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定利胆片中的钠元素的含量。结果钠元素在0.125~2μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9992)范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.5%(RSD=2.7%)。结论该方法操作简单、快速、准确;可用于利胆片中钠元素的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To establish the determination of the sodium element in LiDan tablet. METHODS The samples were digested by microwave program,and then determined the content of the sodium element in LiDan tablet by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). RESULTS The calibration curve of sodium was linear within the range of 0. 125 ~ 2μg · mL^(-1)(r = 0. 9992). The average recovery rate was 100. 5%(RSD =2. 7%). CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used to determine the content of sodium element in LiDan tablet.
