摘 要:采用化学溶液沉积法,在石英玻璃上制备了ZrO_2:Eu^(3+),Y^(3+)(Eu-YSZ)转光膜,研究了Eu^(3+)、Y^(3+)掺杂浓度对薄膜的晶体结构、表面形貌和光学性能的影响。在波长为396nm的紫外光和波长为466nm的蓝光照射下,EuYSZ薄膜可发射出发光中心在593nm和609nm附近的红光带,这归因于Eu^(3+)离子的能级跃迁,且薄膜在可见光区间具有较高的透过率。研究表明,Eu-YSZ转光膜有利于减少短波蓝光对人眼视网膜造成的伤害。The ZrO2 :Eu^3+, Y^3+ (Eu-YSZ) light conversion films are prepared on the fused silica substrates by using the chemical solution deposition method. The effects of Eu^3+ and Y^3+ doping concentrations on crystal structure, surface morphology and optical properties of thin films are investigated. Under the irradiation of ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 396 nm and blue light with a wavelength of 466 nm, the Eu-YSZ thin films show bright red emission bands centered at 593 nm and 609 nm, which are attributed to the energy level transitions of Eu^3+ ions. In addition, the thin films show a relatively high visible light transmittance. The study suggests that the Eu-YSZ light conversion films are beneficial to reduce the damage of short wave blue light to the retina of human eyes.
