摘　　要：节能减排、绿色建筑理念正在影响着公共建筑的各个方面。如何利用有效的管理方法降低医院能耗是目前关注热点之一。以医院照明系统为例,运用PDCA循环对医院节能降耗工作存在问题进行分析,针对制度政策、人员、工作方法以及其他因素,引入合同能源管理模式,运用楼宇自控系统,落实奖罚措施,并做好节能宣传,使照明系统能耗大幅度下降。The concept of energy conservation, emission reduction and green building is exerting a subtle influence on all aspects of public buildings. How to use effective management method to reduce hospital energy consumption is one of the hot topics. In hospital lighting system, for example, PDCA cycle was used to analyze the problems of energy conservation and consumption reduction in hospital. In view of the system, personnel, work methods and other factors, the contract energy management mode was introduced, the building automation system was used, the rewards and punishment measures were carried out, and the energy conservation advocacy was performed, which dropped dramatically lighting energy consumption.
