摘　　要：利用河北省采供血平台数据,统计1998年10月-2017年1月全省献血者档案和献血记录,汇总分析多地献血人群享受用血返还红利现状。多地献血人数不断增多,献血量合计达到一千毫升的占21.74%,这个群体只能按照各献血地献血量的3倍量报销,不能享受终身免费用血红利。提出应进一步细化相关政策,统一血费报销规则,为实现跨区域血费异地返还奠定基础。Using data collected from the blood collection platform in Hebei Province, the blood donors and blood donation records from October 1998 to January 2017 were analyzed to investigate the status of blood use bonuses among donors in multiple places. The number of blood donors in many places increased, and the proportion of total amount of blood donated more than a thousand milliliters reached to 21.74%. This group can only be reimbursed according to the three times of blood donated for each blood donation place, and it cannot enjoy lifetime free blood use. It was proposed that the relevant policies should be further elaborated, and the rules for the reimbursement of blood fees should be harmonized in order to lay the technical foundation for realizing cross-regional blood fees return in different places.
