摘　　要：浙江师范大学中国契约文书博物馆藏民间文书近10万件,始自元代延祐六年(1319),一直延续至20世纪80年代,时间跨度近七个世纪,几乎涵盖了元末以来的各个时期。这批文书以其巨大的数量和珍贵的价值,成为近代以来我国地方档案和民间文献的又一重要发现,具有重要的学术研究价值。The Chinese Contract Documents Museum in Zhejiang Normal University has collected nearly one hundred thousand unofficial documents which dates back to the sixth year of Yanyou in Yuan dynasty(AD 1319） and lasts till the 1980 s. The collection spans nearly seven centuries which almost covers all the periods since the late Yuan dynasty. Due to the enormous quantity and precious value,this batch of documents with significant academic research value has become another important discovery among regional achieves and folk literature in our country since modern times.
