摘　　要：教学管理工作的目的是保证日常教学秩序的正常运行。要创新工作理念与方法,从指导本科生做好学业规划角度出发,对教学管理工作进行梳理、总结与改进,对提高教学管理工作效率,落实教育教学改革思路,用好教育教学资源,提升学生的培养质量,促进高等教育水平的提升有着极大的意义。The purpose of teaching management is to ensure the smooth operation of teaching affairs. Teaching management staff should innovate and improvetheir work to guide students in making study plans for the whole undergraduate period. In this way,the teaching managementefficiency can be improved,education and teaching ideas can be better reformed,and the teaching resources can be better utilized. As a result,students＇ quality will be improved,and higher education level will be promoted significantly.
