摘　　要：改革开放以来,教育事业蓬勃发展,越来越多的高端教学仪器被引入到现代实验教学中,因此实验室管理工作难度不断加大。如何管理好实验室,并使其效益最大化,已经成为管理者的头等难题。总之,高校实验室管理工作如何高效、科学、规范化的进行,对实验教学、科学研究和创新教育都有着重要的影响。Since the reform and opening up,education business has been developing vigorously,and more and more high-end teaching instruments have been introduced into modern experimental teaching,so the difficulty of laboratory management is increasing. How to manage the lab and make it the most effective,has become the manager＇s most difficult problem. In conclusion,how to conduct the laboratory management in universities is efficient,scientific and standardized,and has important influence on experimental teaching and scientific research and innovation education.
