摘　　要：培养满足行业需求的应用型人才是高等教育的主要任务之一。本文以土木工程专业为例,在明确本科教学改革目的的基础上,结合理论与实践教学,提出培养基于行业需求的土木工程应用型人才本科教学改革的具体方法和措施,旨在增强学生的综合素质,提高教学质量,培养出符合行业需求的应用型人才[1]。One of the main tasks of higher education is to train application-oriented talents to meet the needs of the industry. Taking civil engineering as an example,on the basis of clarifying the purpose of undergraduate teaching reform,this paper combined theory with practice teaching puts forward the specific methods and measures of the undergraduate teaching reform for cultivating civil engineering applied talents based on industry demand to enhance students＇ comprehensive quality,improve the teaching quality,and cultivate applied talents to meet the demand of industry.
