摘 要:叙事医学概念的提出,至今已有近15年的时间,在美欧亚等西方发达国家,已经在很大程度上得到了认可。本文首先分析了我国青年医学生医德医风教育的现状及问题,并对叙事医学的理念和应用领域进行了简要说明,同时,详细介绍了基于叙事医学的青年医学生医德医风的教育策略,并建议将医德医风教育评价贯彻于临床授课和临床实习始终,建立、施行医德医风奖惩方案。希望本文能够为国内领域医德医风叙事教育的运用提供借鉴。The concept of narrative medicine has been put forward for nearly 15 years, and has been recognized to a large extent in western developed countries such as the US, Europe and Asia. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of medical ethics education among medical students of our country, and illustrates idea and application area of narrative medicine. It introduces in detail the ethics of narrative medicine ethics education strategy based on young medical students, suggests that we should carry out the evaluation of medical ethics and medical ethics in clinical teaching and clinical practice, and establish and implement the medical ethics and medical ethics reward and punishment plan. This paper hopes to provide reference for the application of the domestic field of medical ethics education narrative.
