摘　　要：相对于大一新生来讲,高职院校二、三年级学生已经历了校园生活适应阶段,其学习与生活的处理方式相对成熟了许多,心理状态也更加稳定,对于未来的学习与工作也有了具体的目标和方向。这时的学生事务管理工作相对来讲更加容易,辅导员的重点工作应放在培养学生的综合能力、综合素质方面和就业辅助工作方面。Compared with the freshmen,higher vocational colleges has experienced a stage adaptation of campus life,the study and the way of life is relatively mature,the psychological state is more stable. The study and work have specific goals and direction. At this time,student affairs management is relatively easier. The key work of a counselor should be to cultivate students＇ comprehensive ability,comprehensive quality and employment assistance work.
