摘　　要：目的 ：分析彭欣治疗青年痤疮的组方用药规律。方法 ：筛选109例治疗青年痤疮的首诊病案,录入“中医传承辅助系统”软件,分析组方用药规律。结果：通过软件统计分析处方中药物的使用频次以及药物之间的关联规则,并提取出16个核心组合和8个新处方。结论：彭欣治疗青年痤疮采用辨证与辨病相结合的诊治方法,组方以清热解毒、凉血散结药物为主,可为临床治疗青年痤疮提供参考。Objective：To analyze PENG Xin＇s medication rules in treating young acne. Methods：Total 109 cases with young acne were selected and recorded into ＂the inheritance and assistance system of traditional Chinese medicine＂ to analyze the medication rules. Results：Based on the system,the frequency of each herbs and association rules among the herbs were received, 16 core combinations and 8 new prescriptions were extracted from the database. Conclusions：PENG Xin treats young acne by combining syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation methods,mainly focused on clearing heat and resolving toxins,cooling blood and dissipating masses,which can provide reference for clinical treatment of young acne.
