摘　　要：随着高校教育培养模式的不断完善和发展,导师在研究生思想政治教育工作中的作用探讨受到了很大的关注。笔者从导师和研究生两方的立场探讨当前高校思想政治教育工作面临的问题和矛盾冲突,研究交互型教育模式,以学生为本,真正实现个体关怀。With the continuous improvement and development of education training mode in universities,the role of tutors in postgraduate ideological and political educational work has received much attention. The author discusses the problems and contradictions in the current ideological and political education from the positions of both tutors and graduate students and researches the interactive education model following the principle of putting students first.
