用于墙面装饰的夜光效果针织提花产品开发

摘　　要：采用16.67 tex(150 D)的夜光涤纶和16.67 tex的普通纯棉纱线,利用LXC-252SCV龙星电脑横机,编织5种具有图案效应且兼具夜光效果的提花组织针织类墙面装饰品。详细介绍针织类墙面装饰产品的图案设计、工艺参数设计、产品制作过程,并分析实际织物样品的外观及夜光效果。设计制作的墙面装饰针织产品不仅具有装饰作用,还具有良好的夜光效果,丰富了墙面装饰产品的种类,拓宽了针织产品的应用范围。5 kinds of knitted jacquard wall decorative fabrics with different pattern and luminescent effect are knitted on LXC-252 SCV Longxing computerized flat knitting machine by using 16.67 tex（150 D） luminescent polyester and 16.67 tex cotton yarn. The pattern design, process parameters design and production process of the knitted wall decorative fabrics are introduced in detail, and the appearance and luminescent effect of the actual fabric samples are analyzed. The wall decoration knitted products not only have decorative function, but also have good luminescent effect, which enriches the types of wall decoration products and broadens the application scope of knitted products.
