摘  要:文中以罗布麻中提取的黄酮为染料,研究了草本植物黄酮类化合物对棉织物的染色。探讨了不同碱剂对罗布麻黄酮染色棉织物的K/S值、色度值、耐摩擦色牢度的影响,测试了染色织物的防紫外线性能和抗菌性能,并分析了罗布麻黄酮在棉纤维上的固着机制。结果表明,染色过程中可溶性的罗布麻黄酮发生缩合反应,形成了不溶于水的物质在纤维上固着;不同碱剂处理的染色织物K/S值和色度值具有明显差异,染色织物的耐摩擦色牢度达到4.5~5.0级;罗布麻黄酮染色织物具有一定的防紫外性能和抗菌性能。This paper studies the dyeing of cotton fabrics by herbaceous flavonoids extracted from Apocynum venetum. The effect of different alkali agents on the K/S value, chromatic value, and color fastness to rubbing on cotton fabrics dyed with apocynin flavonoids are discussed. The UV protection and antibacterial properties of dyed fabric are measured, and the fixation mechanism of apocynin flavonoids on the fibers is analyzed. The results show that the soluble apocynum flavonoids has condensation reaction during the dyeing process to form a water-insoluble substance fixed on the fibers. The dyed fabrics treated with different alkali agents have significantly different effects on chromatic value and K/S value, and the rubbing fastness can reach grade 4.5-5.0. The fabrics dyed with apocynum flavonoids have certain anti-UV properties and antibacterial properties.
