摘  要:文中探讨了冰醋酸、醋酸钠、双氧水、草酸几种试剂对栀子黄、栀子蓝及相近颜色的活性染料、直接染料染色棉织物的脱色效果,并确定了桅子类植物染料染色棉织物的鉴别试剂。分析了冰醋酸浓度、时间、温度、p H值及浴比对栀子类植物染色棉织物脱色效果的影响,并通过正交试验优选了鉴别条件。结果表明,冰醋酸溶液可作为栀子类植物染料染色棉织物的鉴别试剂,最佳鉴别条件为:浴比1∶50,冰醋酸浓度为40%,处理时间50 min,温度为20℃,p H值为5.5。In this paper, the decolorization effect of several agents such as acetic acid, sodium acetate, hydrogen peroxide, oxalic acidon for cotton fabrics dyed with gardenia yellow, gardenia blue and similar colors dyed by active dyes and direct dyes were discussed, and determined the identification reagent of dyed cotton fabrics with gardenia dyes. The effects on the decolorization of cotton fabric dyed with gardenia dyes were analyzed, such as the concentration of the acetic acid solution, time, temperature, p H value and the bath ratio, and through the orthogonal test to optimize the identification conditions. The results show that acetic acid can be used as the identification reagent of fabrics dyed by gardenia dyes, the best condition identification conditions are as follows: the bath ratio is 1∶50, the concentration of the acetic acid solution is 40%, the treating time is 50 min, the temperature is20 ℃ and the p H value is 5.5.
