摘　　要：目的观察杨氏3+疗法"胖五针"穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效。方法将90名确诊为单纯性肥胖的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。治疗组给予穴位埋线治疗,对照组给予拔罐治疗,1个疗程后统计疗效,并测量2组腰围改变情况。结果治疗组总有效率为88.9%(40/45),对照组总有效率为66.7%(30/45),2组疗效比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论杨氏3+疗法"胖五针"穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖效果优于拔罐减肥,临床可操作性强,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yang＇s 3＋ therapy ＂ pangwuzhen＂ of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of simple obesity. Methods 90 patients with simple obesity were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45cases in each group. The treatment group was treatment with Yang＇s 3A＋ therapy treatment with ＂ pangwuzhen＂ , and the control group used the traditional acupuncture therapy with routine Tuina massage treatment. The changes of waist circumference were measured in two groups. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 88.9%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.6%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The effect of the Yang＇s 3A＋ therapy on the treatment of the simple obesity is better than that of traditional acupuncture and massage, which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
