龙氏正骨推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨龙氏正骨推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将2015年5月—2016年5月在新余市人民医院疼痛康复科门诊就诊的123例患者随机分为观察组(n=63)和对照组(n=60),对照组采用传统推拿手法治疗,观察组采用龙氏正骨手法治疗,比较2组患者临床疗效及治疗前后颈椎病临床评价量表(CASCS)评分。结果对照组总有效率88.33%(53/60),观察组总有效率100%(63/63),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前后CASCS评分显著升高,且治疗后观察组CASCS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论龙氏正骨推拿手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病有助于明显改善患者临床症状,提升生活质量,值得临床推广运用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Long＇s Zhengu Tuina in treating vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods One hundred and thirty-three patients were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 63） and control group（ n =60） from May 2015 to May 2016 in the department of pain and rehabilitation of Xinyu people＇s hospital. Patients in the control group were treated with traditional massage manipulation. The observation group was treated with Long＇s Zhengu Tuina. The clinical efficacy and the clinical evaluation of cervical spondylosis（ CASCS） before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group（100%） was significantly higher than that in control group（88.33%）（ P〈0.05）. The CASCS scores of two groups were significantly increased after treatment. After treatment, the CASCS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Long＇s Zhengu Tuina in treating vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis can help to significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application.
