基于现代名老中医经验的感冒病因病机及证素规律研究

摘　　要：目的基于对近现代百年名老中医经验文献的总结,分析感冒的病因病机及证素规律,为丰富其病因病机及临床治疗提供科学依据。方法基于《现代名老中医肺病数据库》《期刊肺病数据库》,建立《现代名老中医诊治感冒文献研究数据库》,运用SPSS 22.0软件对结果进行统计分析。结果建立了《现代名老中医诊治感冒文献研究数据库》,包含50种病因,依次有外感、风邪、风寒、寒邪等。病机以肺失宣肃、气虚、卫气虚等较为常见。17个证素中,以风、寒、热、气虚等病性证素和以肺为主的病位证素较为多见。证素组合规律以二证素和三证素组合最为多见。其中二病性组合以风邪+寒邪最为常见,病位多在表、肺。结论名老中医诊治经验所反映的感冒病因病机理论与目前教材等文献有一致的内容,也有着更丰富的内涵,有待进一步总结。Objective To explore the rules of etiology and pathogenesis distribution, syndrome elements distribution and combination in treating common cold through studying the experience of modern famous doctors of TCM in the treatment of common cold. Methods Literatures which met the inclusion criteria were retrieved from the existing ＂ Lung Disease Database of Modern Famous Doctors of Chinese Medicine＂ and ＂ Lung Disease Database of Journals＂ for the establishment of ＂ Literature Research Database of Experience of Modern Famous Doctors of Chinese Medicine in treating common cold＂. The data were analyzed with SPSS22.0 statistical software. Results The ＂ Literature Research Database of Experience of Modern Famous Doctors of Chinese Medicine in Treating common cold＂ which included 50 kinds of etiology was established, mainly of the etiology were exogenous evil,wind pathogen, wind chill and cold pathogen. And pathogenesis includes impairment of purifying function of the lung. The most common in the seventeen kinds of evidence type elements were wind, cold, heat, qi deficiency. And lung was the mainly syndrome element of pathogenic location. The combination of two syndrome elements and three syndrome elements were the common combination rule. The combination of two syndrome elements of common cold was wind pathogen combined with cold pathogen. The disease location was mainly external and the lung. Conclusion The rules of etiology distribution, pathogenesis distribution, syndrome elements distribution and combination in treating common cold by modern famous doctors of TCM are valuable and deserve further research.
